How are your pieces sized?

Our sizes are a little different than most other ready to wear brands. We have worked with a number of dancers in our area and other volunteers to refine our sizing to fit and flatter bodies that are often overlooked by other brands. Please see our sizing chart to find your correct size.

Why isn't my size offered?

First of all, we are sorry we don't currently offer the right size for your body! Our primary focus is on providing high quality dance wear for sizes 10 an up.  We do not currently have plans to expand to smaller sizes as that segment of the population is amply served by other brands.  We are however always working on expanding our size range upwards. We probably need fit testers in your size and would love to talk to you. We are also happy to custom make any short in just about any size, so feel free to reach out with your requests.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! We love collaborating with our clients to design the perfect practice outfit or show costume. Most custom projects will take 4 to 6 weeks to design and produce, but this can vary depending on the project and time of year. We will discuss current turn around times with you as part of the custom design process.

All of our shorts can be made in a custom size, though there is a small charge for this service. After you place your order, we will contact you to review your fit concerns and for detailed measurements. Typically we will need your waist and hip measurements, front and back rise, side waist to side hip length, and front gusset width. Please allow 4 weeks from receipt of detailed measurements for production of your shorts.

Where are your pieces made?

All of our pieces are made just outside Portland, Oregon.

What is your return policy?

We understand selecting the right style and size online can be difficult. We happily accept returns for an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping cost), provided the following requirements are met;

  • The item(s) are returned within 30 business days of you receiving them.
  • The item(s) are in their original condition. All tags must be attached.
  • Sale item(s) are returned in 30 business days with tags will receive store credit or exchange only
  • Item(s) must not be worn, washed or altered.
  • We can not accept returns on custom made products

Returns will not be accepted if the above requirements aren’t met.

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred by returning an item. However if a new size is requested, we will cover the shipping cost when sending you the new item(s).

 

When and how will my order ship?

Ready to ship items will ship within 2 to 3 business days via USPS first class mail. Custom orders will necessarily take longer. We will provide you with a shipping estimate for your custom order once we have finalized the scope project.
